St.
Mary’s Services is a maternity counseling and
adoption agency that has been serving women,
children and families for more than 120 years. As a
trusted source for social workers’ referrals, we
offer free, confidential, options counseling to
women facing unplanned pregnancies. For women who
pursue adoption, we help them make an adoption plan
with their wishes and values in mind. We also have
interim care homes for babies whose mothers need
more time to consider their decision. After
placement, we offer continued counseling and support
to help women deal with their losses and
fulfill their life goals. Our main office is in
Arlington Heights, Illinois, but our social workers
travel to meet with pregnant women in their homes or
communities. To learn more, visit

welfare agency licensed by the Illinois Department
of Children and Family Services (#040234-11) and
affiliated with Episcopal Charities and Community
Services.
