NASW-IL Co-sponsorship Requirements
(FY 07-08)

Persons or organizations wishing to request a co-sponsorship must comply with the following:

Complete and submit the 5 page application to NASW-IL;

Include the application fee for each date
(Returned if event is not approved, otherwise non-refundable)

• $125 per site for Non-Profit organizations
  (must submit copy of tax exempt form)

• $200 per site for Profit organizations; &

Submit application at least 45 days prior to event.
