NASW-IL Label Rental Policy
The NASW-IL offers our chapter membership mailing labels to rent
for social work related programs and resources. NASW-IL will
not approve requests for solicitations of any kind.
Please Note: Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are not
available for rent.
Labels are offered in pressure sensitive (peel-off) format
only. The mailing list may be transmitted in digital format
only if the agency renting the list is using a third-party
mailing service. A mailing house authorization form is required
prior to issuance of labels. To avoid unauthorized duplication,
NASW-IL does not distribute its mailing list via e-mail or
diskette to agencies that market directly to NASW-IL members.
Advertisers may rent all or a portion of the mailing list;
selection is at the discretion of the organization/individual.
The state is divided into eleven districts and a chapter map is
available to assist you in planning. The list may also be
narrowed down by field of practice (this does not reflect the
membership as a whole as not every member completes this
category), city, county, or zip code.
Advertisers will be invoiced after their application has been
approved and labels will be sent after payment has been received
by NASW-IL. It is recommended to allow ample time for this
process when considering advertising deadlines. Please allow up
to two weeks for delivery after payment.
The Cost of Label Rental is as follows:
NASW-IL Members
$.15/label (minimum $150.00 required)
Non-Members
$.20/label (minimum $200.00 required)
If an organization wishes to rent less than 1,000 labels, the
minimum amount will be invoiced.
