Joan M. Lodge, MSW, LCSW, has been with Janet Wattles Center since 1991 after graduating with her master’s in social work from Aurora University. She became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 1994. She was instrumental in bringing comprehensive mental health services to Boone County with the opening of the first satellite office in Belvidere in 1994. Awarded The Oscar Blackwell Employee Excellence Award in September 2008, Joan is currently associate director of the Janet Wattles Center in Belvidere. She has served on the NASW Illinois Chapter Board of Directors since 2008.
