Martha Neira
Three Rivers District Chair
Martha is a graduate of The University of Chicago School of Social Administration where she received an master’s of arts in social work. She retired from the state of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services in January 2009 where in her twenty-year career she served in a variety of positions, starting as a caseworker and culminating as a public service administrator in the Clinical Division. Presently she is a practicing psychotherapist at Ulich Children's Advantage Network (UCAN) with a special interest in Latino clients.
