March 2014 - Calumet District Update

Monica Guilhot-Chartrand, LCSW
Calumet District Chair

Join and help us celebrate the annual NASW Illinois Chapter Social Work Awards, presented every March in honor of Social Work Month. It is an opportunity to show your social worker pride, meet fellow professionals, relax, and enjoy camaraderie.

For this event, we will also offer a CEU presentation by Elizabeth Duke (along with her dog Cedar) on aimal-assisted therapy. Elizabeth focuses on cultivatiing meaningful and balanced relationships with nature, spirit, self, and others in order to explore and nurture authenticity, acceptance, and passion. One CEU will be offered, FREE for members, $15 for nonmembers.
