Eliminate Poverty: Participate in Upcoming IL Public Hearings

Make Your Voice Heard

The Illinois Commission on the Elimination of Poverty is working to cut the number of Illinoisans experiencing extreme poverty in half.

The Commission is seeking input from Illinois residents on the state’s progress towards its efforts to cut extreme poverty. Your input is critical to ensuring the strategy and the focus of the Commission in the coming year reflects the needs of those experiencing hardship in our state. 

Please join the Commission at one of our upcoming public hearings:

Please note: Attendees will be asked to register to speak on-site and will be allowed to provide oral testimony. If you have lengthier comments, please provide them in written format as testimony times will be brief to accommodate all.
