Preparing the 21st Century Social Work Workforce

Feb 12, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST

This East Central District workshop will discuss the findings of social work workforce summits about the core competencies needed for a twenty-first century social work workforce. 2.0 CEUs / $30 Nonmember / Free NASW Member - Presenter: Joel L. Rubin


East Central District Networking Event

Feb 20, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST

Epiphany Farms Restaurant, 220 E Front St, Bloomington, IL

This East Central District networking event will connect you with your social work colleagues. Come out and join the fun appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided! Cost: $15 Nonmember / Free NASW Member

2020 LEADERSHIP RECRUITMENT

Deadline: March 1, 2020

The chapter has begun accepting nominations for the upcoming 2020 chapter board elections. There are many positions open for the next board cycle beginning July 1, 2020. If you are considering running for a position on the board, please notify us so we know which positions are slotted. 2020 ADVOCACY DAY & RALLY – Please join us for this important day!
