Licensed Clinical Social Worker - The Genesis Therapy CenterResponsibilities: • Attend and participate in all scheduled team meetings, group supervisions and weekly supervision with your assigned supervisors for first 6 months for administration and EHR/Ledger training • Participate in six community outreach opportunities to attract business and to market yourself yearly • Attend and participate in our fundraising events • Keep track of community outreach efforts to be discussed at performance reviews • Create a marketing plan to grow your business by networking with team members maintaining community connections and creating a profile on either PsychologyToday or GoodTherapy.org • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25-28 clients per week. • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients utilizing various therapeutic approaches • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for the client • Maintain accurate up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards • Bill for completed sessions and complete ledger monthly • Must complete ALL required training • Maintain necessary CEU’s required • Respond to all emails/calls by clients, colleagues or ED within 24 hour • Become credentialed with Insurance Companies and EAP’s within 6 months of start date Experience: • Must hold a current LCSW licensure. • Must hold current Malpractice Insurance w/ Genesis as an additionally insured • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with others • Willingness to collaborate with others, clinical experience, receptive to feedback from supervisors, commitment to underserved communities are required. Program Coach - Diane Gould TherapyDiane Gould Therapy is seeking additional coaches for it’s PEERS program. This evidence-based social skills program serves teens and young adults who want to improve friendship skills as well as social communication. The program happens on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings in Deerfield, IL. Worked schedule based on your preference and availability, both days are not required. It is a great way to learn more about supporting neurodivegent individuals in a team model while earning additional income. The program is supervised by LCSWs so could serve as hours for licensure. This is a full-time faculty position with 25% time allocated to overseeing the field education program of the BSW (recruiting and maintaining relationships with field sites, arranging and managing student field placements, and providing field instructor training) and 75% of time allocated to traditional academic activities, including teaching (3 courses per semester) and service. Candidates must have an MSW from a CSWE accredited program, 2 years of post-baccalaureate social work degree or post-master’s social work degree practice experience in social work and be licensed or license-eligible in the State of Illinois.
