Happy August Chicago!
I hope you all were able to enjoy this quick and comfortable summer. It is a bit sad that we have already gone through June and July so quickly; it never seems like enough time. I am sure many of us have been attempting to fill ourselves with different travel and social opportunities as things opened up earlier this summer. As we near the fall season, I am sure some of us are scrambling to ensure we meet our CEU requirement for licensure renewal in November. That said, I remind all of you to keep an eye out for NASW-Illinois updates as they do contain some information about training opportunities. That said, just this morning a message was sent out notifying everyone that they have posted a virtual sexual harassment prevention training that will provide you with the needed CEUs to satisfy the state requirement. For those of you who are considering employment changes or are currently looking for a job, please consider attending our first EVER virtual job fair.
