Hello Three Rivers District!
It’s February, and the groundhogs have made their predictions! Punxsutawney Phil proclaimed that spring will come early this year; but Woodstock Willie warned we’ll have another six weeks of winter. Who will be right? Well, it’s anyone’s guess! No matter what the weather brings, we know that March 19th will mark the first day of spring.
